Membership in NIHRC is an investment that will benefit you time and time again, as you take advantage of the many opportunities our association offers.  NIHRC provides a myriad of programs to keep pace with your evolving role and responsibilities as a HR professional in today’s dynamic work environment.

NIHRC is an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM provides significant resources to our chapter that help keep our members informed on current topics and legislative activity. A large part of NIHRC's success is due to the time and talent contributed by our members.  We encourage you to take an active and volunteer with NIHRC.  Your participation will increase your network of associates, expand your knowledge and experience base and further the overall success of the HR profession.

NIHRC is a dual membership chapter, which means you must be a member of both national SHRM and NIHRC to take advantage of these great benefits. NIHRC is an individual membership organization.
